Angelus in chapel, followed by a common lunch (silence ends after table reading).
Bread meal on Wednesdays and rice on Fridays.

Work time

The Blessed Sacrament is exposed Monday - Friday from noon - 5:30 PM.  An hour of personal prayer is taken sometime during the work day.

The Monastic and Domestic expressions meet every Tuesday at 7 PM at the monastery for a teaching, discussion, and fellowship.  Please call the monastery for a special invitation should you be in town and want to attend.
