PORK PRICES:  The following information reflects our pork prices at the present time. 
 
Bratwurst, sausage patties, and smoked sausage are not normally included in the "package" when someone purchases a whole or half hog.  These products are not considered "normal" cuts of meat, but represent value-added products.  In other words, we must pay the butcher extra costs in order to process those three products, and those costs are reflected in our prices.  We have an ample supply of bratwurst, sausage patties, and smoked sausage in our freezer.
 
Below the "Pork Prices" are the standards currently used for calculating the composition, or cuts, that go into a half hog.  If you purchase a whole hog, you will receive twice as many pounds of each cut.
